Reliable Indian Takeaway
We've tried a few other Indian takeaways in St Albans, but keep going back to the Indian Garden on Catherine Street. Not that there is anything particularly special about this takeaway, but it's always reliable and pretty good food. Free delivery over £10, which really appeals (as I can never see the point on going out to collect a takeaway!). Note if you do go to collect your food it would be difficult to pull up outside in a car. We usually get a free poppadum, chopped onion and yogurt dip, which is a really nice gesture too. I would definitely recommend the Matar Ponir (peas and cheese) if you like that kind of thing! Would definitely recommend you give it a try.
