About

BACP Accredited counsellor, 20 years experience of individual and couple counselling for anxiety, depression, family problems, work stress, attachment issues, eating disorders, OCD, phobias etc. Approach- person-centred and mindfulness-based. Couple counselling, Relate-trained. Craniosacral Therapy for most problems e.g. whiplash, back-pain, ME, asthma, babies, headaches and migraine, sports and accident injury. Fee Â£42 per hour for individuals, Â£45 for couples and Â£30 for under-18's.
