REFRIGERATION

We understand the demands of modern working practices, and the
importance of refrigeration in process cooling for industrial applications.

We're familiar with equipment including York, Hitachi, Trane, Carrier,
Sabroe, J&E Hall and Linde, covering the full range of compressor types
as well as bespoke systems, absorption refrigeration and ammonia
applications.

IRS is one of the few companies who still offer compressor
overhauls in-situ where removal is impractical. And for temporary or
emergency cooling we can get you up and running fast.

We also look after commercial and catering refrigeration for universities,
hospital and hotels. Applications range from bottle coolers and cold
rooms to fridges, freezers, cellar coolers, ice machines and blast chillers
and freezers.

Equipment includes Foster, Williams, Gamko, Autonumis,
Sadia, IMI, Searle, Prestcold, Copeland, Friga-Bohn, L'Unite and Hubbard.

As experts in European legislation, and forerunners in the application of
the new breeds of refrigerant, we can advise and carry out system
retrofits from old CFC refrigerants to the modern environmentally
friendly replacements.

AIR CONDITIONING
We can take care of all air conditioning requirements from maintaining
and servicing single split units to designing and project managing multisplit
systems.

Typical equipment includes Daikin, Mitsubishi, Acson, IMI,
Fujitsu, Hitachi, Airedale, Toshiba, LG and Sanyo.

Our service includes full installation and commissioning, electrical works,
BMS system design and linkup, ducting and ventilation.

Our multi-skilled engineers are experienced in every type of system including split system
wall, ceiling, cassette and floor mounted, multi splits, ducted, VRVs,
chilled water and portable units.

Project Implementation

IRS has the team to implement turnkey projects from individual Air Conditioning Units through to large Industrial Refrigeration Systems, from 2 KW to 1000 KW capacity. Our independent approach enables us to design, specify and implement bespoke requirements.

We are familiar with all types of control systems and can install new or utilise existing set-ups to get your cooling equipment working to optimum levels.

Energy Reduction

We have the in-house capability to carry out Energy Reduction projects, including LPA Technology, Fan Inverters and Alternative Coolants.
