not fair enough

Hi, this agency cheat people, my sister just arrived to UK, and registered in Industrial temporaries agency. They found a job for her in Rugby at Technocolor Ltd, where she and another 4 people arrived on Mon 9 June 2014. They had 2 hours of induction, and then for 2-2.5h they were working, packing some DVDs or something like that. at lunch time they've been told they there is no more work for today and they went home. And then they have never been paid for that day, spent at Technocolor!!! I understand it might be a policy of the company, that induction time is not paid, but what about the rest hours??? It means that every day agency can send new people to work for one day there, and they never will be paid. People at the agency should tell in advance - please aware you are going to work for free this day!!! I realize that unpaid amount is not so big, but anyway, my sister just wasted time at that day, when she could find another job at another agency. People, be aware, if you are offered to work at Technocolor from the agency, confirm first if you will be paid for that! Do not waste your time!!!!!!!!!
