I am happy to relate my personal experiences with the team at Infiniti Properties. I am a small business owner and I have found standard investments lacking in return. I decided to invest in a small flat in the centre of Glasgow. I was informed, by trusted colleagues, that I should consult with Scott and the team at Infiniti Properties. From the onset Infiniti helped me find a property they then directed me to legal specialists who then saved around £10,000 on the sale price. I then consulted with Infiniti's in house mortgage advisor Mr Neil Morrison who tirelessly pursued the hottest mortgage deal available. After purchase; Infiniti provided technicians and repair specialists to upgrade and decorate the property. These specialists were reasonable and professional and I would have struggled to find a better value of contractor. The property was revitalised and able to rent, commercially, within only one week. During this time Infiniti had wrapped up all bills, meter readings and internet connection. I did not have to lift a finger and was informed of the progress every step of the way. I now have a flat that has been renovated to a standard that is superior to my own accommodation. The value of the flat has increased and I have saved more than I have spent. Infiniti have expertise and networks that no one else would have access to. They don't treat you like a customer they treat you like part of the team. I couldn't compliment a service any more than this so if you want a property company to look after your investment then Infiniti Properties are a one click fix. Save your precious time and money there simply is no better place to go.
