DON'T BUY FROM THEM, THEY ARE CON PEOPLE I purchase a Mercedes-Benz from Infinity Cars – Peterborough in respect of an advert they placed. As I paid for the car and opened the compartment where the SAT NAV is so I can put in my post code for directions, I then found out that there was no SAT NAT in the car, I went back to the dealer and told him there was no SAT NAV in the car that that’s one of the main reason I borough the car. They told me they did not know there was no SAT NAV in the car that I should bring the car back the following day that they will put one in. While on my way home it was heavily raining and tried to ask for direction, I press the button to wind down the driver side window and it was not working, I then went back to the dealer to tell him the window was not working, and the win screen had a crank on it, he said when I bring it in everything will be fix. While driving the car home each time I tried to reverse, the lift front suspension makes a loud notice. When I took the car to be fix, I was told to Waite in Peterborough’s Town centre for about 6 hours, on collecting the car I then found out that none of the problem was fix, instead they did further more damage by cracking the driver side window, when I showed it to the Sales man he said they will call me to bring in the car again for all to be fix. The following week after I kept calling and writing they did not reply I kept calling then the owner of the company, said I should make a claim for the win screen with my insurance. I told him it’s a criminal offence to make false insurance claim because they broke the win screen before I borough the car. They sold me a car that should not have been on the road, it was an accident car, that had been abandon and nothing was working, and they also told me that the car had a 3 months warranty.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Sold us a car by covering up all the warning lights under the dash, only offered to pay for half the repair costs when we discovered what they had done! Appalling excuse for a car dealer! Trading standards are yet again having to clear up their mess!

Clueless amateurs
Must be the worst Garage in the world, travelled here from Hull with my fiancee to buy Audi A4 and the staff are clueless and the Audi was NOT as advertised. took it for a test drive and was terrible. the salesman claimed it was fine, there was nothing wrong with the car and told me 'its a used car what do you expect'. (Even though my fiancee worked in a garage for 9 years) Bad Salesmen, Bad cars, Bad business

ROGUE TRADERS
RIPPED ME OFF!!!!!!!! The staff don't know a thing about cars. am guessing they buy any old junk from an auction give it a valet it then sell it. I bought a car 1 month ago and have spent a fortune fixing it as Infinity Cars basically told me they had my money now go away it isn't their problem. Nasty people

AVOID
They sold me a car and 48 hours later it broke down on me on the M62 i had it looked at and the car had Major faults and was in fact dangerous when i spoke to Infinity they refused to help or accept responsibility also swearing at me on a number of occasions. they are unprofessional in every way. i had to involve the trading standards in order for them to issue refund and they have no understanding of The Sale of Goods Act and don't have a clue about cars
