Dodgy Very Dodgy
Had a contract with Inheat which was to fit and install 6 radiators and a boiler into our home. We changed our mind and said to Keith Fraklin the sales rep that we would only go for five radiators after all. He said "That's fine. Leave it with me, we won't alter the wording on the contract but I will organise a refund for you for the one radiator". Perhaps that should have sounded the warning bells to us.I phoned the company in August , asked about my refund. They said they would get back to me. No one ever did. I rang back on several occasions only to find myself being fobbed off with the same story of "We will get some one to call you". Still not one phone call. Spoke to Keith Franklin, he said the company had been taken over by a company called Fusion. Spoke to Emily on 08006101004 today and she said she did not know much about the company. I asked "You work for a company you don't know much about?" She said "Well we only get to tell what we have been told to tell customers"." I asked her for an email address. I have one now mmoore@myfusionheating.com. This is an email address for a Michelle. So if you have a complaint please inundate the bastards!! I am going to get my money back and also I need to know what becomes of the 7 year warranty I paid for with Inheat. If they don't service my boiler once a year the warranty becomes invalid. If they have ceased to trade, they can not service my boiler hence making my warranty invalid anyway. This is a scum bag company, fleecing innocent people out of their hard earned cash. Customer service is non existent. Please, do not touch them with a barge pole. They are a shambles.
