I ordered a full set of cartridges for my Canon printer. They arrived quickly but I did not need to use them until my existing cartridges had expired (3 weeks). I opened one (magenta) and the ink just oozed out of the cartridge all over my fingers. I wiped it down, opened another one (cyan), exactly the same situation. Ink just coming out with no control. Having wiped them down I decided to install them. Pensively opening the yellow cartridge I was amazed to experience the same thing so I immediately removed the previous two from my printer for fear of flooding it. I immediately rang Inkmasters and told them, by voice message, what I thought of their product. I think I used the word 'rubbish' which, on reflection was an understatement. I requested that someone called me back but of course no-one did. So, in exasperation and temper I emailed the company to request my money back, offering to return the consignment to them. Again, of course, no reply to my mail. For a compatible product their price was not exactly cheap, one of the reasons I chose them, expecting a good quality product for the money. Would I recommend Inkmasters? Not on your life! Would I use them again? Never. I informed them that I intended to give unfavourable comments about their product and ignorance of my call to them, but this has met with zero response. My opinion - very poor product. Nigh on £30 down the drain. Never, never, again.

Infiniti DVD-R 4 X Speed blank discs
I have had trouble finding these discs, but Inkmasters advertise them as in stock on 25,50 and 100 qty spindles. I e-mailed them twice to ask if they were definitely 4 x speed, no replies. I phoned them and the lady said most definitely they were. I received a correct order acknowledgement, but when the goods arrived they were 16 x speed discs. I am now trying to obtain credit and they don't even recognise there own order numbers. They inform me these discs are no longer available, but they continue to advertise them ex-stock.Their Managing Director fails to answer my correspondence on this matter.,Stay well clear of this company.

Not a great experience at all.
Orders some ink on Saturday, one week later nothing had arrived. Sent email got no reply after 24 hrs, so had to phone only to find they did not have the ink I had paid for in stock. No emails to me, nothing to inform me of the situation. Very poor service and a waste of my time.! Not a great deal more can be said.

Poor support
I ordered 3 cartrideges. 2 were delivered quickly but the third was not included and Inkmasters have failed to respond to all my emails and correspondence. I cannot recommend them at all. I will not be using them again - they are terrible!

Ink Cartridges and Printing Supplies.
If you're looking to buy brand named printer cartridges or Ink Master's own cheaper option, I have no hesitation in recommending this company. Their website is an absolute delight, clear precise description of products, easily understood ordering procedure make this site click heaven. Once you've placed your order and had it confirmed, these guys waste no time in despatching it to you either. Printer ink Cartridges
What excellent service. Ink Cartridges received at 13:00 Hrs today, less than 24 hours of order being placed. I haven't even had time to file the hard-copy order yet. Excellent Ink cartridges & Service
Sirs I would like to express my sincere thanks for the enlightening and professional service that I received on my recent order (PM62BQ-1002-****). Having placed my initial order incorrectly and receiving the goods in very quick time I contacted yourselves to discuss returning the goods and the credit. However your company proactively sent 2 correct black cartridges without the need for copious paperwork. It is refreshing these days to get such excellent service for a relatively small order, especially as it was mistake in the 1st place, and I will have no hesitation in using Inkmasters again. However your company proactively sent an equivalent product (again in good faith) to avoid the re-credit process. This, unfortunately, again for some reason (probably my fault) was incorrect and another phone call generated the despatch of the 2 correct black ink cartridges without the need for copious paperwork. Excellent service
I was very impressed with your service recently when I ordered a complete set of cartridges for my Epson R200 printer. I ordered on the Saturday and they arrived on the Monday after. Great quality ink cartridges...
...and superb service too! I telephoned an order through for some Epson ink cartridges today. The gentleman that I spoke to was extremely helpful, pointing out the features and benefits of both compatible and original cartridges. I plumped for cheaper compatible ink cartridges in the end. These were delivered to my door (free of charge) within the hour and the quality is every bit as good as when using the branded product. Well done chaps!
