My husband have been going to this opticians for many years as have so many in the West Hampstead. Kiran, the owner is so friendly to all and always has a smile on his face. We feel very comfortable in this shop, we are able to buy glasses without pressure, if anything goes wrong, we know we can return without any problems, which will be solved with a smile. I recommend all to go there, we would not go anywhere else.

Highly recommended opticians
I have beeun usingthis oprtician for the past 5 years as has my mum and older sister. I have to say that it is an absolutely fabulous opticians. The owner Kiran is extremely friendly and helpful. He is always happy to see me, remembers what has been going on in my life and shows such an interest and care. He has been brilliant in advising me on my optical care and always makes such effort to fit me in when i need to be seen and processing my orders very quickly! The shop is lovely, bright and has a really good selection. I highly recommend the opticians to anyone especially to families as they are so friendly and caring

Great Local Optician
I have been seeing Insight for the past fifteen years or so and recently started taking my son too. The owner is very friendly, always remembers my name and normally I can get a same day appointment too. Glasses range from very reasonable to astronomical but they don't push you towards the higher end glasses. My son's first pair ended up costing £20! They are a super local optician that I would have no hesitation in recommending.
