The company is managed by Andrew Backhouse who has worked within the Recruitment Industry since 1997. Having previously worked for Computer Futures and Reed Personnel Services, in a number of different positions, Andrew Backhouse is perfectly placed to manage the company. ISS management team can boast over 25 years collective recruitment experience, within a number of different market sectors and full UK coverage. ISS is run by business people, with a love of the recruitment industry and a passion for the business. This passion is embraced by all the consultants from their first day with the company.
