Very poor service - they are currently managing a rental property for me - I use the term managing very losely - I had to chase them every step of the way until the tennents moved in, I realaxed and thought all would run smoothly at this point, I couldn't have been more wrong - and all for 12.5% of the rental income I would have been better off managing it myself !!
