They decide that you next day item can be delayed if they want
They are ridiculous: you pay for next day delivery and then they email you in the morning and state that there's been a problem but we've sorted it and will just deliver tomorrow instead. That's not acceptable, if you pay for next day delivery it's because you need the items on the specified day, if you didn't care when they would come then you wouldn't have paid the extra for a next day service. Avoid them at all costs.

terrible company
I had a nightmare of experience with this company when trying to send parcel to Slovakia. First their website kept crashing so after tiring email exchange they entered it manually. Then the failed to deliver the parcel as they did not put the name on label and naturally it was impossible to find the right person in the block of flats (in Slovakia flats do not have numbers you need to know the name) As my friend did not get parcel I tried to track it by consignment number which did not work. When I emailed them (as they do not advertise any phone number) they responded saying they failed to deliver, there was something wrong with address and I need to give them correct details (they got wrong) otherwise they will return it to me. All this is happening a month after I initially tried to submit order. They promised to get in touch they didn't. when I explored the never ending trail of emails one had a phone number as a part of signature. So i called them. the guy informed me they delivered parcel back to me, but they didn't. Apparently person called Sam signed for it. Nobody called some lived in my flat. On top of that since then I moved and I did let them know my new address in good time. So I went to my original address and I spoke to only person called Sam in the block of flats, she didn't pick it up. So they opened investigation. two days later parcel appeared on my door step at my new address, battered and torn. They obviously lied to me about it being already delivered. I complained and asked for refund as the fault was theirs all the way through. I have not hear from them since submitting complain. Absolutely dreadful company.
