Mate paid and never got

My mate purchased a Audi RS4 in October and the problems he had started immediately from there. After driving on is the RS4 the car broke down being out of petrol, seriously if you have to take finance out to buy a car and some serious money being spent the least you would expect is for it to be full tank of petrol, MOTed and serviced. Afterwards getting back after fueling up the window wipers seized up, after contacting Ray the dealer, he to simply denied all knowledge, again you would think this guy would know these things? I can make this longer but he paid to have his license plate from his old car to the RS4 and paid to to get his log books. We are half way through January and it nothing has been done. The mick take is Rey contacted my mate about some tail pipes for his cars and mentioned he will sort a deal including the log books and number plates. So there you have it good people, from his experience dont bother with them (Rey). I am writing this on behalf of my mate cause he aint that great on computers.
