BEWARE INTERNET WORKWEAR

My opinion ot this company is one of total inefficiency, and of an unbelievable lack of customer service. My order was sent to the wrong address `because that is the address that comes up under that postcode` despite providing accurate delivery information which the company just ignored. They never admitted to sending the goods to the wrong address until I queried it with them after the recipient advised me of the fact and the above quote was the reason I was given. It was another week before I got the goods, after finally threatening cancellation of the order. There was no apology for their mistake and their total ineptidude at sorting the matter, for telling me initially that the parcel would be delivered by the recipient, then that the parcel would be collected from the recipient and delivered to the correct address, which never happened and eventually, the recipient did end up having to deliver it (after my threat of cancellation) I was totally misinformed, misled and treated with complete disdain by the owner himself when the whole situation was due to their mistake. Buyer beware!
