Shoddy Work and Bad Attitude
They replaced my phone charger port, took phone home, plugged in to charge. It did not charge so unplugged to take it back to shop. Port came off on the end of the charger. Took it back, they inferred I had cause this by being too rough, absolute garbage. they had the phone for another two days and handed it back with cracked casing and holes on either side of the charger port where they had dug it out with a sharp pointed instrument of some sort. Port has been glued back in. What a mess. I have a devalued damaged phone and they are just not interested. Will take to small claims court if not sorted out reasonably and fairly. Can't just let people walk all over you just because they think they can get away with it

Bad customer service
My sister fell down the stairs and smash the screen of the iPad, I took it to them and they said it would take 2 hours...this was 11 days ago. My number I wished for them to contact me on changed and I have had to tell them 3 times and still use the original number. There was a faulty batch of screens making this take longer and when I took it there it connected to the Internet and now apparently it no longer does costing another £15. They said they were going to call me Friday and never did. They do not keep u updated at all.

Cheap efficient service
I had previously gone to fone solutions to fix my cracked HTC wildfire s screen but their manner in dealing with me was rude, threatening and arrogant, the irepair centre team were the complete opposite, they were friendly, efficient, experienced and most importantly cheap with an excellent no fix no fee policy, something that the fonesolutions lacks. In brief DO NOT go to fonesolutions but instead visit the irepair centre!!
