Go elsewhere

Tried this place for the first time. All 40 items came back so creased I had to redo the lot. I went in to complain and the lady said my next lot would be free. I asked for the owner to call me to discuss what had gone wrong (apparently they were 'overdried' but all had been washed in different loads and I never have a problem). Waited a week - no call. Left another message. Another week and I gave up and took another lot in thinking I may as well get them done free to make up for the money wasted on the last lot. Lady said they'd be ready 2 days later. Partner went to collect and they had not been done as apparently the owner gave instructions they were to be left until she'd seen them. My partner just brought it all home. Can't believe the owner did not even have the courtesy to call and tell me it would not be done for Monday - and she has still never called me! Total waste of time, wish I'd never gone there - worst customer service I have had for ages. Ironing place further up by Clarks the tailor is excellent.
