Had the misfortune of booking through this company, spoke to Christine (office manager) regarding a cancellation due to the passing of my father 1 day before he was due to stay in one of the cottages, her lack of any real human emotion, and downright rudeness/lack of response and in the end I have still lost over 40% of my total cost due to 'Admin costs' horrendous woman, shoddy company.
