Excellent Service
I recently got a new laptop and did not know how to set it up properly. I contacted Herman and he was able to set it up for me and give me good instructions on its use and setting up. Herman also helped me transfer data from my old computer onto my new one and set up my e-mails. I mentioned to him that I was having trouble using my computer and he suggested I use an iPad. This proved to be wonderful as the iPad is so much easier for me to operate and Herman even helped me set up my e-mails, iCloud and BBC iPlayer with which he gave me a lesson on how to use all the different functions and programs. I rate Herman very highly as he is an excellent IT technician and has very fair rates for his services. I will certainly be using Herman from now on.
