Through our unique infrastructure, we are able to charge our clients just 10% of the basic salary across all salary levels, whilst maintaining a level of service second to none. All our consultants come from the industry that they are now recruiting for, and are specially selected because of this.

We are able to offer a much lower rate, because of our unique home working infrastructure. Our Head Office is in Richmond, Surrey but all our consultants work from a fully equipped home office. This reduces our company over heads dramatically, enabling us to pass on these savings to the client.

We appreciate that our client's day will be taken up with their own work, outside of the recruitment process, and often find it easier to speak with us outside of normal office hours. We like working this way, and by going that extra mile, often leads to a much more relaxed and productive conversation. This is also helpful to candidates who are working, and unable to speak during the normal 9-5.
