Disorganised and uprofessional
Enquired about letting a student house and agreed to meet at 9am to be shown around the property. After waiting outside in the snow for nearly half an hour and with no sign of the agent (who wasn't answering her phone) we were kindly shown round by the current occupiers. The agent was also 20 minutes late to a previous property viewing and could not give basic details such as the price. We have decided not to have any more dealings with the agency. Very disappointing.
