There are times in life that it may be difficult or impossible to cope alone.
I am a humanistic counsellor offering a safe and confidential counselling service where my clients are able to explore their issues without judgement.
I work with individual clients and couples covering a wide range of difficulties;

Compulsions, Phobias, Addiction, Drug and Alcohol Misuse,
Eating Disorders, Panic Attacks, Multicultural Issues,
Relationship Issues, Sexual Problems, Same Sex Counselling,
Problems including Divorce and Separation,
Stress Management, Lifestyle, Sleep Issues,
Work / Career Issues,
Trauma, PTSD, Self-esteem / Confidence, Anger Management,
Self-Development / Life Coaching and many other issues

Clients are able to come to me or I offer home visits at extra cost. Based in Neenton near Bridgnorth, I cover South Shropshire and North Worcestershire areas.
Prices from £30 per session, concessions available.
