STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUILDER!!!
DO NOT USE THIS BUILDER> John Dickinson is extremely unreliable. He takes your money, doesn't carry out the work and doesn't return your calls. I am probably not the first person he has done this to and im sure I will not be the last. I am currently out of pocket and my house has been left looking like a building site. He never returns your calls, he has no voicemail, and he doesn't respond to texts or emails. This guy will take your money, make promises and you will not see him again.
