A very TERRIBLE service
On the first property we had a tenant for 2 months and they vacated - The deposit for this has still not been returned to us (for breaking a 6 month tenancy). JMA lettings then found us another tenant who again vacated after 2 months and the deposit for this also has not been returned to us! For the 2nd property, JMA lettings advised to the tenants that the landlord (we) wanted them to vacate - they then tried to look for another tenant so they could charge us the fee. Luckily our tenants let us know of this. Again, this deposit has not been returned!! *We have had to chase JMA lettings for copies of our contracts. *Referencing was not completed on tenants and not discussed with us *They have asked tenants to vacate to make a fee *Deposits have not been returned Overall, we give 0/10!

Fantastic company with great service
Excellent customer service! JMA were there 24/7, whenever I needed them, and always provided me with a fast and efficient service. They got me a house to live in within days, and everything was so quick and easy, and cheap! I would recommend JMA Lettings to anyone who is looking to rent a property in Derby. Thank you JMA!!! :)
