A local centre for relaxation and health

I found The Sunflower Centre by accident. Having moved from South West London, and worked in North London, I had been surrounded by Pilate centres, yoga centres, osteopaths and more. However, moving to South East London I couldn't find anything local.This centre is right on Hilly Fields and as I drove past I saw a sign for an open day, and what a discovery. Osteopathy, Pilates, Yoga, and a whole host of alternative therapies.They have created a Pilates studio with all the equipment which is very useful considering the next nearest is probably the Laban Centre. One slight note of caution is that this is a converted Victorian building, not a purpose-built venue. It makes the place more homely, but the floors are not exactly even, making Pilates, and Yoga I imagine, a little more challenging.A great place to have on your doorstep if you live in Forest Hill, Dulwich, Brockley or the surrounding areas.
