Julie Murray Architectural Services offers a highly efficient plan preparation service for householders and commercial clients.
Each client receives the best possible service from Julie and each design is bespoke to each job.

Julie has many years experience of successfully designing buildings and is professionally qualified as both an architectural technologist and chartered builder. She is a partner with Sheffield Building Standards and is committed to driving up quality and efficiency on all projects.

Julie will personally take charge of your project and you will directly benefit from her experience; she will work closely with you at all stages in order to meet and exceed your aspirations.

She offers the following services at very reasonable rates:

Design Inception * Feasibility Studies/Option appraisals* Preparation of 1:100 planning drawings* Preparation of 1:50 Building Control drawings and Building Control specification.

Working closely with a team of other professional colleagues Julie can introduce you to the following services if required:

Photo real 3D rendered perspective drawings * Specification writing * Budget costing * Project Management and cost management of your project * Tendering of your project * Planning advice including Planning appeals and Design and Access Statements * Structural engineers design and detailing * Party Wall surveyors * Surveyors certificates for self build * SAP calcs * Acoustic reports.

Operating Hours

9am to 6pm Monday to Friday. Weekend and evening appointments can also be arranged.
