Poor excuse for a company
I agree with the previous comment. Rip off merchants. Charged me £390 to fix my boiler after encouraging me to cancel my homeserve insurance policy. Then it stopped working again and their not interested. Bad news, avoid them.

Worst company I've ever dealt with
I've never experienced a company this terrible. Our shower pump broke and we found this company. They charged £80 just to look at it and then £270 for a part but then never called us about the part and we had to keep ringing them. They said twice they were coming to fit it but then didn't show up and we had to ring them to find out they didn't actually have the part. No one let us know either time. Still have no hot water after two weeks of chasing after this horrible company. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
