Terrible Service

They will get you to sign a blank contract before putting any prices down on paper, they will fill it in afterwards, they takeadvantage of your state of mind at a hard time. They Also hold the remains in ransom, like black mail. until the bill is paid in full, even though you have signed a contract (which was blank) to say that you will pay. They outsourced a speaker for the funeral, who got the date of birth of the deceased wrong numerous times. We had complained about the speaker, but they basically said that they cant do anything about it, as they pay them on the day of the funeral, and that if we had any complaints to bring it up on the day (the funeral)  Terrible behaviour and ethics. They are currently under investigation over there conduct . Very unprofessional service
