In a word, SUPERB! I've never been let down by this man over the last 20 years and recommend him to all my friends. He really knows his stuff and takes pride in his work - you can trust him to put craftsmanship, effort and love into your shoes. Prices are very reasonable and I've never had to wait more than a couple of days for my shoes to be repaired - even those that I thought were beyond repair :-) If you love your shoes, this is the man to see!
