Fuse board upgrade (replacement)
Supply and install new 17th edition AM3 consumer unit. To also carry out a full test of the fixed wiring (no less than 75%) and issue both full NIC EIC and part P certificate on completion of work. Price is subject to survey.

Electrical Condition Report
To carry out a full electrical condition report (no less than 75% of fixed wiring) and issue the necessary certification & bullet pointed report and photo should they be required. This is a minimum price and is subject to survey.
