NICE GUY UNTIL MONEY HAS BEEN EXCHANGED , THEN IF ANYTHING GOES WRONG WITH THE CAR THE GUY TURNS IT TO SOME ABSOLUTE TWAT, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL, NO EMPATHY . WE HAD A FAULT ON THE CAR WE BOUGHT FROM HIM AFTER JUST A FEW MONTHS, HE DIDNT WANT TO KNOW AND WAS VERY RUDE, EVEN STARTED SAYING HE WASNT THERE WHEN HE WAS. HE EVEN SAID "WHAT YOU CALLING ME FOR"... SURLY A "SORRY THIS HAS HAPPEND" WHICH YOU WOULD EXPECT AFTER BEEN HANDED £7500. WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS TYPE OF GARAGE AFTER THIS EXPERIENCE, HE COULD HAVE HANDLED IT SO MUCH MORE DIFFERENT BUT HE WAS THAT RUDE AND NASTY ON THE PHONE IT HAS MADE ME SEARCH THROUGH AS MANY REVIEW SITES TO WARN PEOPLE, HES TOO OLD TO LEARN BUT IF I STOP ONE AT LEAST ONE PERSON FROM BUYING FROM HIM I WILL FEEL LIKE I HAVE SOMETHING BACK FROM THIS TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

We saw and nice car here which we were interested in so we went in a Jim smith the owner and sales person was extremely nice to us like anyone would be who was trying to sell a car. We decided to buy the car from him, we had a car we were getting rid of which had a fault on it and we thought he was so nice we did told him we didnt want to give it to him as he was so nice due to the fault. we bought the car and drove away. 6 weeks later a fault occured with the car, it was the turbo, it just went on us so we put it into a garage to have it looked at , the turbo had gone so we spoke to the warranty company who came out to look at it 3 weeks later, they said it wasnt covered due to ware and tear. so we looked at our rights and found the garage we bought the car from were liable in some way for this as it was soon soon from us purchasing the car. we didnt want to call him but we did . Jim answered and was very rude to us, he said it was nothing to do with him and put the phone down on us. We spoke to citizens advice and they said he was liable for some sort of contribution so we called again, These were jims words "what are you ringing me for"? " when you drove this car of the forcourt it was fine". he put the phone down. my wife was almost crying after the way he somewhat changed from being a nice sales person to and nasty man once the cash was handed over. We called again at some point and he picked up the phone and said "jim is not in today". then on another occasion our finance company called him and they asked for jim, he said " jim here , im the only one that works here". The guy is and utter disgrace to society and has not customer skills. We just decided to pay for the turbo as the warranty company decided to pay half for it so we took it on the chin. now im just going on all the review sites to make people away of this guy and the way he is with people. Jim if you read this " you seriously need to brush up on your customer service skills and empathy, it will get you much further in life ! DO NOT BUY FROM JS CARS!
