I was referred to JWP by a friend, I was having internet conection problems from tiscali, after spending a long time on the phone they said it was my laptop. even though it worked elseware. I called them up and they sent an engineer over that afternoon! (impressed me right there!) When he got there, he checked my system and found out it was my modem, he put in a new one, set it up and had me running in less than an hour! everyone was great, will and have recommended them great service!!

I recently purchased a laptop from JWP and was really pleased with the service I received. The staff were very professional and more than happy to help me purchase the right laptop for my needs. I would fully recommended to them to novice or expert PC user.

computer call out
This company was recomended to me by a friend, I was having problems conecting to the internet, Ticalli said it was my laptop, but i could connect on other wireless networks. Anyway i called JWP and they sent an engineer out that afternoon(impressed to start with!) when he came,he checked my system, and said it was the Tiscalli router, he changed it set up a new one and I was up and running within an hour! most impressed! will and have recomended them. very good service!
