John Andrews and John Berry formed JAB Associates in 1990 to provide a bespoke recruitment service for sales and marketing appointments within the building industry and allied sectors.

Since then the company has grown into a national operation based around expertise and an intimate knowledge of the marketplace. From humble beginnings the head office was established in Hertfordshire, joined in the late 1990s by Wolverhampton and then Manchester. Continual investment in staff training and state of the art IT systems have helped JAB to consolidate its position as a market leader in its field.
