Complete time waster. Came out to quote for a job, said he could do the job and would get back with price and availability. After 2 weeks of hearing nothing called him only to be given excuse after excuse. If you cannot or do not want to do the job just tell the customer! don't string them along with pathetic excuses. Avoid!!!
