I asked this man to give me a quote to connect my new extractor fan in the kitchen,he came and gave me a reasonable quote which I accepted.1 week later i still hadn't heard from him so gave him a call,was told he was bogged down with paperwork and would ring me later that day,2 weeks later I am still waiting for some kind of contact,if he didn't want the job then he should have told me.this is no way to treat your customers,unproffesional,unreliable and just rude
