Jackson Architects is a small practice providing a friendly, professional Architectural design service to all our clients. We are proud of our extensive practical experience working with private clients, making their dreams a reality on a wide variety of domestic extensions, barn conversions and refurbishments. We are pleased to be able to give a full, yet cost effective, architects design and supervision service for the smaller domestic projects.

Competitive Fees

Jackson Architects understand that most of our clients have never used an architect before and have very little idea of how much it will cost. Our first consultation is always free, following which we will quote fixed lump sum fees and give realistic build budgets so that the costs of the project are clear and understandable from the outset.

We do not quote fees based upon a percentage of the build cost because of the inherent conflict of interest if Architect's fees escalate as the agreed budget is exceeded. We are so confident in our ability that we will only charge the agreed fixed fee once the design has your absolute approval.
