One of the only clubs in Berkshire that teaches a genuine, traditional Kung Fu and Qigong system from beginner to advanced level. Includes meditation and qi development for health as well as a high level of instruction in kung fu forms and skills. A very comprehensive and adaptable martial and healing art that anyone of any age (16+) can gain great benefit from. Includes various strikes, locks and holds, throws, low kicks, pressure points, weapons training and much more.
