The most terrible night ive been to. I have been to ed fringe for 10 tears and acts all over the uk. This comes number one for the worst, costly +terrible venue+ drinks+drink prices+ bad acts. It only suits drunken hen and stag parties!

This is the worst night club i have been to. I refuse to refer to this place as a comedy club. It's the wrong setting for it, it's a night club and nothing else. The acts were terrible, and the MC was so dreadful that we left early so we didn't have to sit and listen to her swear and shout for another 10 minutes. The acoustics were poor so you couldn't really hear the "jokes", and the lighting was woeful, which the finally managed to rectify after the intermission with an apology. They were understaffed, and i don't see why they couldn't get more staff in, charging the unreasonable price of £16.50 per ticket, and £4.60 for a bottle of Budweiser. Plastic too! It speaks measures as you would just get on with it after a few drinks, but i noticed all of this in an anebriated state. Diabolical. We also booked it with the option to have a meal at the Litten Tree before hand, which was a bad move. We had to ask the staff 4 times to come and take our order, and by the time they did we had half an hour for the food to come, eat then walk to the night club. This is due to the poor staff at this pub i guess, but Jaggers should inform them that we do actaually have somewhere to be sometime in the evening. It was an unpleasant rush, and almost an evening-spoiler. Not to worry though, that was seen to at our arrival to the "club". Don't waste your money or your evening by visiting this place, its worth heading out a bit further to funnybones or twisters.

Having attended on Saturday I would urge anyone thinking of booking this not to! It was full of drunken stags so as girls we were really nervous and the comedy was not only unfunny but also sexist, racist and really offensive in places. The first two acts were really poor but the last guy was a least a little funny but by this point, I'd lost interest. The bar staff were also rude, treating everyone like a drunken, badly behaved stag, when lots of us were nice, sober locals! I would recommend the Friday comedy in Westbourne anyday over this as this event on a Saturday is for drunken men who don't care about being ripped off. I've paid less money to see top comedians in London. I've now asked for my money back but don't have high hopes based on the service received so far.

I went to the Jaggers Comedy club last weekend and had a top night, great standard of acts and nice staff. I would definitely reccomend :)
