James Brown Catering offer a range of services from small buffets to large fully managed events. We will provide a bespoke menu whatever your theme might suggest from Moroccan Bedouin offerings to Decadent Fine Dining Banquets. We specialise in catering for corporate, weddings, birthday parties and canape functions. James trained at Thomas Danby College under the guidance of David Box, an esteemed professional having worked at Claridge's and alongside Raymond Blanc. I completed my Professional Kitchen Diploma level 3. I began my professional career at Malmaison Brasserie Leeds learning important culinary skills including matching flavours and textures. I worked in various sections of the kitchen enabling me to gain the experience and understanding of the way in which a professional kitchen works. Having had a great 18 months at Malmaison I got the opportunity to work at one of Leeds Top Sushi restaurant where I was to learn more about the art of Sushi for which I have always had a passion. 12 months experience gave me a great knowledge and understanding of Sushi that love to incorporate into my dishes today.
