Bad experience
Attended here for colour. Only positive thing I can say is how light they managed to get my hair. The hairstylist was rude, really rough with my hair pulling it really hard to the point where my neck felt choked when I pointed this out the hairdresser stopped gave me a dirty look and stated I can stop if you want. I had lots of foils really heavy on my head to the point where I couldn't see and had a mask on bear in mind and was met with more rude comments. Hairdresser was unfriendly and didn't speak to me but did to everyone else. My colour and cut was rushed. When blowdrying my hair she was ridiculously rough making a big tatty mess on my freshly bleached hair and then yanking a comb through it. Really poor experience. They only do your hair nice if you're a celeb or influencer.
