Buying a used car can be a mine field. There are so many questions to ask, is it stolen? has it been written off? is the mileage genuine, how many previous owners has the car had? what sort of warranty can I expect? etc etc. These are all important questions that need answering when considering a particular vehicle. Customers often tell us, "I've seen one cheaper privately" and this may the case however, you wont get the same security and peace of mind when purchasing privately and of course, after sales support is non existent.

Here at James Paul we have devised a customer charter so our customers know exactly what they are getting for their money. All our vehicles are subject to:
* A thorough per-delivery inspection.
* All consumable items (tyres, brake linings, exhaust) etc are guaranteed to be in good, serviceable order.
* If less than two green lights are showing on the service indicator, we will carry out the next appropriate service prior to delivery.
* If the MOT has less than six months to run, a full 12 month MOT is supplied with the vehicle.
* A 6 months comprehensive parts and labour warranty is included in the purchase price which offers nationwide (and by agreement), continental cover. It may also be extended to 12, 24 or a 36 month warranty and covers all mechanical and electrical components. Green Flag recovery can also be built into the policy.
