About me
I am a fully qualified Person-Centred Counsellor and being an individual member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) I work to their ethical framework and principles of good practice.
I am a fully dedicated Counsellor with many years experience in working and listening to individuals who are finding it difficult to cope maybe because of problems with anxiety, loss, depression or distress and help them by providing a safe, confidential, caring and non-judgemental space where they can explore in their own time what they have been through and what the next steps in there journey may be.
I have experience supporting individuals through both short-term and long term work on a one-to-one basis.
