Service beyond Expectation
I have recently used the services of Jasper & Vincent in Southampton on a number of property purchases and have found their services a breath of fresh air in the world of solicitors! Instead of me, the client, feeling tied to solicitor deadlines, my solicitor, Peter Skipworth responded on a timely basis and beyond on occasions. With some complex transactions to complete and third parties who did not appreciate the importance of deadlines, both Peter and his assistant, Jackie, produced exactly the results sought enabling me to secure deals to my financial advantage. As you know, JandV, you have a loyal client created from your ability to service expectations.

Poor Service in 2006
Following a complaint for poor service and possible negligence, Jasper & Vincent finally agreed to settle out of court after procrastinating for two years.

Bad Solicitors
Jasper & Vincent of Southampton gave me very poor service in 2006 whilst dealing with Grant of Probate for my mother's Estate. Charges were over £1900 plus VAT. Probate was delayed. After a complaint to the Legal Complaints Service, it was recommended that Jasper & Vincent pay £500 compensation. I could not recommend this firm to anyone.
