Can't describe the worst experience ever with any real estate agent. I suggest do not ever go to this agent else you will be ripped off slowly. Especially the treatment you will get over there is just good till you deal with them and you can already experience their Tantrums eventually. I have personally suffered a lot with them and when it comes to re-payment of deposit, just forget about anything...! Whatever they say is just false claim and make sure you keep all evidences and witness if worst case you are dealing with them...! Just a WORST EVER Agent, join them only if you need pain in your life.
