You provided a compressive diagnostic of my exiting problems and providing robust recommendations and pricing on a new PC versus quick fixes to a very tired old PC; we went with the former option and you installed the new PC and printer on the day of purchase, including all data recovery from the old hard drives; you also provided full training on the new operating system and Microsoft 16 office. You did a further site visit 2 days later, to complete the training. The service was exemplary and very affordable. When I encountered an issue, of my own making, one week later, which would have left me immobilized in your absence, including banking, you provide remote access by phone, translated my layman’s speak and came up with a logistical and pragmatic solution, within 20 minutes; you also educated me, in how I had created the problem and explained how to resolved, with IT technical speak. I now feel much more confident; in a former life in the City, I had IT consultants all around me, so I didn’t get fussed – they just fixed it
