From January 2012 up until night before wedding (1st June 2012)to collect everything despite numerous telephone calls.Very dirty 2nd hand hooped petticoat supplied Bridesmaids dresses pinned/measured incorrectly by staff.Had to do own alterations on the morning of the wedding.Very badly dyed bridesmaids shoes and bridesmother shoes and handbag.Not dyed or matched correctly-colour came off immediately on a beautiful Summers day on 2nd June 2012.Told by staff to collect items on morning of wedding.No attempt by the owner to ring up and apologise for such a disappointment.
