The approach behind our personal training at JCfitness is to personalise our service to each client. We know that each client is different in their fitness level, exercise experiences, body type and goals. Therefore, our objective is to find what works best for each individual. We place equal importance on nutrition as we do exercise and we create customised exercise and nutrition plans to help our clients achieve their goals in the shortest time possible.
Weight loss is a commonly held goal among many of our clients. To accelerate weight loss, we design personalised exercise and nutrition plans that help our clients see and feel weight reduction every week. We use specific formulas to calculate appropriate food intake and implement strategies within and outside of the gym to ensure weight loss goals are met.
Muscle toning means developing a physique that is lean and athletic without the appearance of being bulky or too muscular. To help our clients achieve this objective, we use specific nutrition and exercise planning that accelerates body fat loss and encourages lean muscle development. The combination of healthy nutrition and resistance exercise is vital in our approach to achieve muscle toning and definition goals.
The goal of gaining muscle mass requires highly specific nutrition and exercise. To accomplish muscular development goals of our clients, we calculate specific food intake that is required to reach the desired body composition, then translate this requirement into simple, easy-to-follow nutrition plans. Also, we combine these nutrition plans with selected exercises that will ensure muscle development.
