After waiting for hours to have a leak sorted, a receptionist called at 3.45 on 23-9-22 to say the plumber wasn’t coming as an emergency had occurred elsewhere, and could offer me an appointment the following Thursday! This isn’t the first time I’ve been let down by your company, I think a Friday afternoon is not a safe slot for an appointment, early finish, just let the client down. I’m livid.!
