Highgate Martial Arts Academy
This is a really useful martial arts class. It is open and friendly and doesn't try and flog you paraphernalia. There is more class time actaully learning practical usuable street defense rather than just fitness and repetitive moves. I love Jeet Kune Do having done several other disciplines before and this is what John Ewer teaches.
