RE: Personalised Patterns I Heart My Dad Grandad Mug Gift - The service from jensons-toys could not have been better (after another company failed to deliver days prior to Christmas). I recommend them very highly!!!!! Finding a mug for "grandpa" rather than grandad is v v difficult. These are great mugs and are very individual with the added message on the back. My daughter bought these for her 2 grandpas on her first Christmas for them to be taken to work places. Neither grandpa will take them out the house as they are too precious.

These are gorgeous mugs. My 6 mth daughter gave them to her 2 grandmas and they are always the first out the cupboard now. One Grandma even cried!! Beautiful and personal to each recipient they make a very special gift. I don't think you could get better customer service
