I'm happy
The situation in my loft was terrible. It was not like a small mess, it was a total disaster. The team loaded everything in the truck this morning. I'm happy when I see polite professionals, but when they do their job fast and on reasonable rates.. well, I think this is a blessing.

Very good.
To be able to chat with the employees in real time is a big deal. I think this is helpful and every company should have such support and customer service. It is bad and annoying not to respond to clients' emails and calls, but Jim's Rubbish Removal is not like the most providers of services. They are reliable. However, my rating is not five stars, because the team was not punctual on Friday. I had to wait and this is one of the things that I hate most.

Everything was ok!
I always hire these guys for professional rubbish removal and waste clearance services. When you are out during the whole day, the last thing that you want to do is to clean your home or garage. I prefer sitting in front of the TV with a tasty cocktail and one sushi set or two.

Friendly staff
What can I say.. the employees who work at Jim's Rubbish Removal are devoted, talkative and warm. I like their attitude and I appreciate that they behave in a professional way. The garage was cleaned well, all unwanted objects from the shelves and the floor were removed and stored in plastic bags. I have no complains, but my rating is lower, because the staff was late with more than ten minutes. I know that they had problems with the parking of their van, but still it was not a good excuse. Anyway, I recommend trying their rubbish removal services. You are going to realise that when you can rely on 100% on a business partner, then all worries will disappear for no time.

No complains!
Two days ago I was provided with professional rubbish removal service. I had a lot of old clothes, carefully placed in boxes. Also, the pile of useless newspapers and magazines was quite annoying and I wanted to get rid of it as soon as possible. The good thing is that after the procedure I have free space now. I can put there my new wooden wardrobe. If you need professional help, these guys are the right people that you should hire.
